Job Overview

We are looking to hire dedicated and professional individuals to join a renowned fine dining restaurant located in Souk Al Bahar, Downtown Dubai. Multiple roles are open for candidates from various nationalities with competitive salaries and excellent work conditions.

Available Positions and Salary

• 2 Restaurant Supervisors (Any Nationality) – AED 5,000
• 2 Hostesses (European Nationals – Uzbek, Kyrgyz, Russian) – AED 6,300
• 2 Hostesses (Indonesian or Chinese) – AED 5,000
• 1 Arabic Hostess – AED 5,000
• 5 Waitresses (Asian Nationals) – AED 3,000
• 3 Waiters (Asian Nationals) – AED 3,000
• 2 Chef de Partie – Arabic Cuisine (Any Nationality) – AED 3,700
• 1 Demi Chef de Partie – Arabic Cuisine (Any Nationality) – AED 3,500

Work Schedule and Location

Positions are based at our restaurant in Souk Al Bahar, Downtown Dubai. The working hours cover a 10-hour shift including a one-hour break, with six working days and one day off weekly. Shifts rotate between 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM. The employment duration ranges from 8 to 16 months, with work permits provided.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess a valid visa, Emirates ID, NOC, labor card, and passport with no issues related to the Wages Protection System (WPS).
• A minimum of one year’s relevant experience in the applied position is required.
• Applicants should maintain a professional appearance, exude energy, and prioritize excellent customer service.
