Unicare Dubai, a leading healthcare provider, is looking for a dedicated Front Desk Executive to join their team in Dubai. This role requires a male candidate proficient in Tagalog to efficiently manage front desk activities and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. Your duties will include greeting and assisting clients, managing appointment scheduling, handling incoming calls, and maintaining smooth communication between patients and medical staff. You will also perform general administrative tasks and ensure the front desk operations run seamlessly day-to-day.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Male candidates preferred to meet company criteria.
• Fluent in Tagalog to effectively communicate with specific patient groups.
• Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role, especially within UAE healthcare settings, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage warmly with patients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills for administrative duties.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy workplace.
