We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to join a leading bank in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing system implementations, with a focus on delivering projects efficiently while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

As the IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, coordinating multiple work streams, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and senior stakeholders. Your role will involve managing vendors, addressing conflicts, and driving change management efforts to meet project objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

• Successful completion of at least two system implementations as an IT project manager.
• Experience with RSA Archer Operational Risk Management is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical capabilities and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
• Self-driven with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through to project execution.
• Technical proficiency in .NET technology.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
• Experience using project management tools including Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
