We are seeking a reliable Dispatch Executive to join a well-established vehicle transportation company based in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating vehicle transport jobs, ensuring smooth and timely operations across the fleet.

Key Responsibilities

The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for managing and dispatching transportation assignments to drivers and transport partners. Duties include monitoring vehicle locations to guarantee prompt pickups and deliveries, maintaining clear communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams, and updating job statuses within the operations system. Preparing dispatch reports and handling customer inquiries regarding schedules and delivery updates are also integral parts of this role. Additionally, the position involves ensuring all transportation documentation is accurate and coordinating with workshops, yards, and other partners to support daily fleet operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must possess a valid UAE visa and demonstrate strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, with proficiency in spoken and written forms. A basic understanding of computer systems and dispatch software is essential to manage the operations effectively. The ideal candidate should be capable of thriving in a fast-paced logistics environment. Immediate availability to join the team is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience

Applicants with previous experience in vehicle transportation, logistics, towing services, car carrier operations, or fleet dispatch will have an advantage. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus and will be considered favorably during the selection process.
