Job Overview

We are urgently seeking reliable parcel delivery drivers for a prominent project across Makkah, Jeddah, and Madina. This role offers a competitive base salary with attractive incentives based on daily delivery targets. Drivers will be equipped with a company-provided van along with fuel support, ensuring a smooth delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently deliver parcels to designated locations following daily targets.
• Maintain timely communication with the dispatch team to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle parcels with care to prevent damage during transit.
• Adhere to safety and traffic regulations while on the road.

Compensation and Incentives

The selected candidates will receive a basic monthly salary of 2,500 SAR. Drivers are expected to complete a daily target of 40 deliveries to qualify for performance-based incentives, which include:

• 1 SAR per order for 41 to 50 deliveries
• 2 SAR per order for 51 to 60 deliveries
• 3 SAR per order for 61 to 70 deliveries
• Additional overtime pay of 100 SAR for working on Fridays

On average, drivers earn between 4,500 and 5,000 SAR monthly, depending on their delivery performance.

Company Benefits

• Company-provided van and fuel for deliveries.
• Accommodation available; however, if selected, the basic salary will be adjusted to 2,300 SAR.
