Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join a leading real estate brokerage based in Business Bay, Dubai. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from AED 10,000 to 12,000 depending on experience, with an immediate start preferred. The successful candidate will manage all financial aspects of the brokerage, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with UAE regulations, and strategic financial planning to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

The Finance Manager will oversee the company’s financial operations, including handling real estate commissions, managing escrow accounts, and maintaining detailed records of brokerage transactions. Other duties involve preparing financial reports, monitoring compliance with VAT regulations, and advising senior management on financial strategies. Leading the finance team and ensuring the smooth operation of accounting processes also fall within the scope of this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Finance Manager within a real estate brokerage in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE VAT laws and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical abilities coupled with effective leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing real estate commissions, escrow transactions, and brokerage financial activities is highly advantageous.
