Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager or Senior Accountant with over 20 years of accounting and finance experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate holds a B.Com degree, an MBA in Finance, and a CMA certification, and is proficient in managing full-cycle accounts, VAT compliance, corporate tax, MIS reporting, budgeting, auditing, and team leadership. Immediate availability is preferred for this role based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will take charge of overseeing complete accounting operations, ensuring VAT and corporate tax submissions are precise and timely, preparing insightful MIS reports, and managing meticulous budgeting processes. You will also lead audit activities and supervise finance teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting, helping drive strategic decisions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience with full-cycle accounting practices within the UAE market
• Strong knowledge of VAT and corporate tax regulations
• Proficiency in financial reporting and MIS development
• Experience handling budgeting and financial auditing
• Effective team management and leadership abilities
• Hands-on experience using enterprise accounting software including Zoho, SAP, Odoo, and Oracle

Requirements

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree, an MBA specialized in Finance, and a CMA qualification. You must be ready to join immediately and adapt smoothly within a Dubai-based organization.
