Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Accountant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the finance department with reporting and reconciliation tasks. Candidates with 2 to 5 years of bookkeeping experience based in Kerala, India are encouraged to apply, with no prior Saudi Arabia experience required.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle daily bookkeeping duties including processing invoices, payments, and receipts. You will also be responsible for reconciling bank statements and accounts, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports. Ensuring compliance with company accounting standards and procedures is a key part of this position.

Required Skills

• Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting procedures
• Experience in accounts payable and receivable management
• Proficiency with bank reconciliation and financial reporting
• Mandatory expertise in Tally Prime software
• Good communication and organizational capabilities for smooth workflow

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in Kerala, India
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
