Job Overview

We are currently seeking a qualified HSE Officer to join a construction team based in Doha, Qatar. This role is an excellent opportunity for a safety professional with solid experience in construction environments to ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and implementing health and safety policies on-site to minimize risks and maintain regulatory compliance. You will conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and provide safety training to staff and contractors while ensuring all construction activities adhere to established HSE standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in health, safety, and environment roles within construction projects.
• A recognized university degree or equivalent qualification.
• Mandatory certification: NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC).
• Strong understanding of local safety regulations and construction industry safety standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Additional Information

This position is open exclusively to individuals holding a freelance visa. Candidates must be ready to join and work independently while maintaining high professional standards on safety management.
