Job Overview
We are looking for qualified Male Nurses to join our team at Remote Area Clinics supporting industrial and construction projects in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves providing urgent medical care and emergency response in remote locations, ensuring the health and safety of workers in demanding environments.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering emergency medical treatment and urgent care at remote industrial sites. Duties include conducting rapid patient assessments, triage, stabilization, and ongoing monitoring. You will respond to workplace injuries, trauma cases, and other medical emergencies, assist with ambulance operations, and facilitate patient transfer to hospitals when necessary. Administering prescribed medications and treatments, maintaining accurate medical records, and conducting routine health assessments will also be essential. Additionally, you will manage emergency equipment and supplies, adhere to infection control protocols, and participate in emergency drills and quality improvement programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration and professional classification
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory; PHTLS or ITLS certification is preferable
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Emergency Room, ICU, EMS, industrial clinic, or remote area clinic settings
- Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills
- Effective communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with experience in industrial or remote healthcare environments are highly desirable. Familiarity with occupational health standards and emergency procedures will be advantageous. The ability to operate independently in isolated locations while staying calm under pressure is essential. Excellent teamwork and sound decision-making skills are also important to excel in this role.
