We are seeking a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record of at least five years working in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for professionals who have a strong background in quantity surveying within the civil and construction sectors and are looking to advance their career in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing and overseeing cost estimation, preparing tender documentation, conducting contract negotiations, and ensuring effective cost control throughout project lifecycles. The candidate will coordinate with project teams and clients to deliver accurate quantity measurements and financial assessments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor based in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of local construction practices and regulations.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• APC RICS certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience certificates will be carefully verified.
