Job Overview

We are urgently looking to hire two experienced Safety Trainers to join a leading construction project in Jubail. This opportunity is specifically for candidates with a background in safety training, preferably with Aramco experience. The positions are based at the Jafurah project site under the esteemed L&T company, offering a two-year contract.

Key Responsibilities

As a Safety Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive safety training programs to workers and staff at the project site. Your role includes ensuring strict compliance with safety standards, conducting regular safety drills, and promoting a culture of safety awareness throughout the workforce.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Safety Trainer, ideally within the oil and gas or construction industries.
• Familiarity with Aramco safety standards and protocols is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate safety policies clearly and effectively across diverse teams.
• Skilled in conducting safety audits, hazard assessments, and preparing training materials.

Requirements

• Nationality limited to Bangladeshi, Indian, Filipino, or Nepali candidates.
• Valid passport and relevant safety certification documents.
• Willingness to commit to a 2-year contract based at the Jafurah project.
• Availability for an interview on Sunday.

Compensation and Other Details

Salary will be discussed during the interview process and is based on a timesheet system starting after 40 days of employment. The contract length is two years, and the successful candidates will be working with the reputable company L&T on a major project with high safety standards.
