Job Overview

We are looking for three highly motivated Sales Representatives to join a leading trading and distribution company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on selling and distributing a range of cleaning materials to B2B clients throughout the Eastern Province. Ideal candidates should be passionate about sales with proven field experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to grow and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Representatives will be responsible for conducting daily field visits to prospect and acquire new customers within the assigned region. You will promote and sell cleaning and detergent products while aiming to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Building long-lasting relationships with clients, exploring new business opportunities, and expanding market presence are central to this role. Additionally, candidates will handle follow-up on collections, prepare regular sales reports, monitor competitor activity, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely product delivery.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should have between 1 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in field sales within FMCG, cleaning products, or distribution sectors. Knowledge of the Saudi market, particularly in the Eastern Province, is a key advantage. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, and basic to intermediate English communication skills are preferred. The role requires strong negotiation and communication abilities, goal-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach toward customer acquisition and reporting.

Additional Requirements

Applicants must be based in or willing to relocate to Dammam and be capable of covering field visits across the Eastern Province. Possessing a valid Saudi or transferable driving license is highly preferred, along with an existing network of B2B contacts in the hospitality and commercial sectors (HORICA industry). While candidates are encouraged to have their own vehicle, transportation support or car allowances will be provided if necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary package ranging between 3,700 SAR and 5,000 SAR per month. This package includes basic salary, accommodation, and transportation allowances.
