BMCO-FM is pleased to announce an exciting career opportunity in Saudi Arabia for one of our reputed and well-established clients.

Position: Procurement Engineer – Mechanical (Facilities Management Industry)

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Procurement Engineer with strong hands-on procurement exposure specifically within the Facilities Management (FM) industry.

?? Important Notice:

Candidates without relevant FM mechanical procurement experience will not be considered.

CVs from non-Arab nationalities will not be accepted.

Candidates must have minimum 5 years of FM procurement experience in KSA.

Experience in reputed or iconic FM projects/organizations will be highly preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

Arabic nationality only

Currently based in Saudi Arabia (Local hiring only)

Transferable Iqama (Mandatory)

Age below 40 years

Minimum 8 years of GCC experience

Minimum 5 years of FM Mechanical Procurement experience in KSA

SAP experience (Mandatory)

Fluent in English (Arabic – Native level required)

Ability to mobilize within 30 days

Working Hours

9-hour shift (8 working hours + 1-hour break)

6 working days per week

Salary Package

SAR 12,000 – 15,000 per month

Final offer will depend on experience and interview performance

Key Job Responsibilities (FM – Mechanical Focus)

Handle procurement of mechanical materials and systems related to FM operations including HVAC, chillers, pumps, compressors, plumbing systems, firefighting systems, and MEP spare parts.

Source and evaluate suppliers specialized in FM mechanical maintenance and project requirements.

Conduct market research to identify technically qualified and cost-effective vendors.

Manage vendor registration process (mandatory experience required).

Review BOQs, technical submittals, and specifications in coordination with engineering and maintenance teams.

Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and service agreements for mechanical AMC contracts and spare parts supply.

Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs for FM mechanical services and materials.

Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and compliance with contract terms.

Ensure procurement aligns with FM operational requirements and preventive maintenance schedules.

Identify cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement opportunities.

Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and forecasts for management review.

Ensure full compliance with company policies, FM standards, and local regulations.
