Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer to join a key oil and gas project based in Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar. This position offers an initial contract of two months with the possibility of extension, providing the opportunity to contribute to a high-profile industrial environment focused on safety compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing safety standards on site, ensuring all health and safety policies are adhered to throughout the project duration. Responsibilities include inspecting work areas to identify potential hazards, conducting regular safety audits, and facilitating training sessions for workers to promote a safe working culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must possess solid knowledge of HSE regulations specific to the oil and gas industry. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential. Experience in industrial safety management and certification in relevant HSE courses will be highly regarded.
