We are seeking a skilled and motivated Travel Ticketing Agent to join our office located in Gudaibiya, Bahrain. This full-time role involves managing flight and hotel bookings while delivering exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

As a Travel Ticketing Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth travel arrangements for our customers by handling:

• International flight and hotel bookings
• Issuing, reissuing, and canceling airline tickets
• Providing clients with accurate fare quotations and travel advice
• Managing inquiries through phone, email, and face-to-face communication
• Processing payments and maintaining precise documentation
• Coordinating with airlines and travel partners to confirm bookings

Required Skills

Your success in this position will depend on your ability to work efficiently under pressure, communicate clearly, and use computer applications adeptly. Essential skills include:

• Experience working in a travel agency or airline ticketing environment
• Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer literacy to manage booking systems and documentation
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid IATA certification is a significant advantage
• A diploma or degree in Travel and Tourism is highly desirable
