We are seeking a motivated Van Sales Representative to join our team in Dammam. The role involves managing direct sales, product delivery, and maintaining strong customer relationships in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. This position requires someone who is proactive, customer-oriented, and efficient in route management.

Key Responsibilities

The Van Sales Representative will be responsible for loading products, adhering to a daily route plan, and visiting retail outlets including shops and supermarkets. Key duties include generating sales, collecting payments, and ensuring products are handled and stored correctly within the vehicle. Building and sustaining positive relationships with customers to meet daily and monthly sales targets is crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license suitable for medium or heavy vehicles
• Previous experience in FMCG van sales is highly preferred
• Basic proficiency in English and Arabic communication
• Good knowledge of local routes within Dammam
• Physical fitness to handle loading and delivery tasks

Preference will be given to candidates from Kerala, and availability for immediate transfer is required.
