Key Responsibilities

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of multiple burger restaurant branches. Your duties include building and mentoring high-performing teams, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining top-notch operational standards. You will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), managing staffing, inventory control, and daily business operations. Delivering consistent excellence in dine-in service for a diverse clientele, including Emirati and European customers, is essential to this position.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience managing operations for multi-branch burger restaurants
• Strong ability to recruit, train, and lead restaurant teams
• Expertise in delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Familiarity with serving Emirati and European guests
• Skilled in handling operational metrics, inventory, and staff management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain high standards in service and operational excellence
• Immediate availability to start
• Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred
• Knowledge of Foodics POS system is an advantage

Benefits and Compensation
