Job Overview

Hana Hussain Group of Companies is looking to hire a motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to join our Trading Division, based in Al Khobar or Dammam. This role is ideal for professionals with 2 to 5 years of experience in GCC, specializing in sales within the construction, EPC, contractor, subcontractor, and industrial trading sectors.

The successful candidate will focus on the Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation (MEI) fields and will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, construction firms, subcontractors, and industrial clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales of construction materials and industrial products.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and quotation preparation to negotiation, order completion, and ongoing after-sales service.
• Coordinate effectively with suppliers and vendors, both local and international, to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules.
• Support client needs by providing professional consultation on technical and commercial aspects related to MEI products.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on sales experience in GCC markets, preferably within trading or the construction materials industry.
• Degree or background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering preferred.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and account management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Established network with key players in construction and industrial sectors.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from SAR 2,000 to SAR 2,500 per month, complemented by an attractive sales commission structure that rewards performance and business growth.
