Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Travel Agent to join our team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in travel agency operations, ticketing, and knowledge of IATA regulations. The ideal professional will have hands-on experience using major Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo, and be able to provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing travel bookings, issuing tickets according to industry standards, and ensuring all travel arrangements comply with IATA regulations. You will liaise with clients to understand their travel needs and deliver efficient solutions while maintaining clear communication and attention to detail throughout the process.

Required Skills

• Proven experience working in a travel agency or similar setting as a Ticketing Agent.
• In-depth understanding of airline ticketing and IATA regulations.
• Proficiency in at least one major GDS platform such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Fluency in English and basic knowledge of Arabic to facilitate client communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with diverse client backgrounds, including proficiency in languages such as Bangla or Hindi, will be considered an asset. Candidates who demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset will thrive in this role.
