Job Overview

We are urgently looking for skilled technicians to join our facility management team in Yunbu, Saudi Arabia. We offer competitive salaries and a supportive work environment for professionals experienced in building systems maintenance. Immediate joining is preferred for all positions.

Available Positions and Salary

• A/C Technician (Chiller Systems) – 1600 SAR
• Mechanical Technician (Generator) – 1600 SAR
• Electrical Technician – 1500-1600 SAR
• Elevator Technician – 1500-1600 SAR
• Boiler Technician – 1600 SAR
• Photocopier Technician – 1500 SAR

Key Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience working in the Gulf region is highly preferred
• Proven hands-on experience with building facilities maintenance and repair
• Strong troubleshooting skills for various equipment and systems
• Transferable Iqama is a mandatory requirement for all candidates
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration must be held by all technicians
• Immediate availability to join is a major advantage
• Preferred nationalities include Indian, Pakistani, and Bangladeshi candidates

Work Schedule and Benefits

The workday consists of 8-hour shifts, with Friday as the weekly day off. Employees are entitled to 21 days of vacation after completing one year of service.
