We are seeking a qualified Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer with specific approvals from Petro Rabigh to join our team in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia. This role demands a dedicated professional with valid WPR and HSE certifications recognized by Petro Rabigh to ensure workplace safety and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

The primary focus of this position will be to oversee health and safety operations on site, enforcing rigorous safety protocols and practices. The HSE Officer will be responsible for implementing risk management strategies, conducting regular safety inspections, and ensuring all activities comply with Petro Rabigh’s stringent safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid Petro Rabigh approval for WPR (Work Permit Receiver).
• Certified HSE safety officer with Petro Rabigh endorsement.
• Strong understanding of occupational health, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Effective communication and coordination skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to identify hazards and recommend preventive measures promptly.
