Job Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled Foreman to lead infrastructure and road construction projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project standards to deliver high-quality results on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

You will oversee daily operations on the construction site, managing workers, subcontractors, and equipment to guarantee efficient workflows. Ensuring all work aligns with approved plans, technical specifications, and timelines is essential. You’ll also monitor productivity and safety adherence, collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to address challenges, and maintain accurate progress reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreman within infrastructure and roadworks environments.
• Strong leadership abilities and capability to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Thorough understanding of construction techniques, safety protocols, and quality assurance.
• Competency in reading and interpreting detailed construction drawings.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic to ensure smooth communication on site.
• Familiarity with basic computer tools for reporting and documentation.
