We are seeking a friendly and motivated Receptionist cum Social Media Executive to join our busy Piercing Clinic located near Equiti Metro Station in Dubai. This role combines front-desk customer service with managing our social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The ideal candidate is a Filipino female with excellent communication skills, a knack for social media, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients warmly upon their arrival at the clinic.
• Manage appointment scheduling and general reception duties efficiently.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of the clinic’s services using a smartphone.
• Create, edit, and post engaging content on social media channels to promote the clinic.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while handling customer inquiries and support.
• Assist daily operations within the clinic to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Basic understanding of social media management and content posting.
• Competency in smartphone photography and simple video editing.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Warm personality and ability to interact positively with customers.
• Availability to join immediately is highly preferred.

Salary and Benefits
