Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Supervisor to oversee steel structure fabrication in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will manage all fabrication processes according to approved shop drawings, ensuring that production targets and quality standards are met efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

The Fabrication Supervisor will be responsible for planning and managing manpower, machinery, and materials to align with the production schedule. This role involves supervision of activities such as fit-up, cutting, drilling, assembly, and welding, ensuring compliance with welding procedure specifications and industry codes like AWS D1.1. Coordination with QA/QC teams is essential to address quality issues and conduct inspections. Additionally, the supervisor will verify dimensions, alignments, and tolerances before the products leave the facility. Maintaining accurate production records and daily progress reports is also vital.

Requirements and Skills

The successful applicant should have proven experience in steel fabrication supervision and a good understanding of welding codes and shop drawing interpretation. Strong leadership skills with the ability to allocate resources appropriately are necessary. Attention to detail in quality control, excellent communication skills, and a solid commitment to health, safety, and environmental practices are critical to excel in this position.

Work Environment and Collaboration

This role requires close collaboration with the planning, QA/QC, and painting departments to ensure on-time project completion. A proactive approach to resolving issues and maintaining a safe working environment is essential to support operational success.
