Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Control Manager with a strong background in civil engineering to oversee all project control activities for building and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing schedules, costs, risk, and progress to ensure project delivery aligns with strategic objectives and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead project control efforts across the entire project lifecycle. Your duties will include developing and monitoring detailed project schedules, cost plans, and progress measurement systems to track performance accurately. You will prepare regular performance reports, forecasts, and recovery plans as needed to address project deviations.

Collaboration with engineering, procurement, and construction teams is critical to align project goals and ensure smooth execution. You will oversee budget control, resource management, and productivity assessments while identifying potential risks and recommending proactive mitigation strategies. Ensuring strict compliance with Saudi Aramco’s project control procedures and reporting standards is essential.

Additionally, you will support project management teams in meeting key milestones within agreed schedules and budgets.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 12 years of experience in construction projects involving buildings and infrastructure.
• Proven expertise working on Saudi Aramco and Royal Commission projects.
• Prior approval by Saudi Aramco PMT for the role or a similar position on Saudi Aramco projects.
• Strong skills in project scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
