We are seeking a motivated and personable Receptionist cum Social Media Executive to join our expanding Piercing Clinic located near Equiti Metro Station, Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with a blend of customer service experience and basic social media management skills, who can contribute to both front desk operations and enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

As a Receptionist and Social Media Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing warm welcomes and efficient service. Your duties will include managing phone inquiries, assisting with daily clinic operations, and maintaining a professional front desk atmosphere.

Social media responsibilities involve creating engaging content through photos and videos, editing basic video clips, and posting regular updates across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to promote our clinic’s services and events.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in receptionist or customer service roles
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and content management
• Ability to capture high-quality photos and videos using a smartphone
• Basic skills in video editing and social media posting
• Excellent verbal communication and a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
