Job Overview

We are urgently seeking qualified Safety Officers to join our team in Riyadh. There are 10 vacancies available for professionals with a strong background in health, safety, and environmental practices within the construction or engineering sectors.

The ideal candidates will have 3 to 5 years of experience working in Saudi Arabia and possess relevant certifications and qualifications that align with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor safety policies in compliance with local HSE regulations
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments at the workplace
• Prepare clear and detailed safety reports and communicate effectively with the project team
• Ensure all safety practices and standards are enforced to promote a secure work environment

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of study OR a relevant graduate degree complemented by NEBOSH IGC certification
• At least 4 years of practical experience as a Safety Officer in related fields
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and safety standards prevalent in Saudi Arabia
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Iqama with a profession listed as OHS Supervisor or Specialist as applicable to the role
• Valid passport and a third-party Chamber of Commerce agreement are mandatory
