Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Civil Site Supervisor to lead and coordinate construction activities on-site in Riyadh. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage team efforts, and ensure all work adheres to approved plans, maintaining high standards of quality and safety while keeping the project on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include supervising site execution, coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, and monitoring progress to ensure compliance with project specifications. The supervisor will prepare detailed site reports, manage work schedules, and track material usage while resolving any technical or operational challenges promptly.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 8-10 years of practical experience in managing civil construction projects
• Strong understanding of civil site execution, quality control, and safety standards
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and relevant project management tools
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Capable of working independently and managing pressure effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with construction projects in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region
• Valid driving license
• Availability for immediate or short notice joining
