Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior AutoCAD Drafter with a focus on facade systems and building envelopes to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This full-time, permanent role involves creating precise and detailed shop drawings for prestigious construction projects while ensuring full compliance with the Saudi Building Code and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The role includes developing both 2D and 3D drawings for various facade applications such as unitized and stick curtain walls, spider glazing systems, ACP panels, stone cladding, and skylights. The candidate will be responsible for producing accurate fabrication drawings and cutting lists that guide the production process. Collaboration is essential, requiring frequent coordination with project managers and structural engineers to resolve design conflicts and address site technical challenges. Periodic site visits in Riyadh will be conducted to validate measurements and support installation teams to maintain project quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Four to five years of hands-on experience in facade drafting, specifically in aluminum glazing and cladding systems.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for both 2D and 3D drafting is essential.
• Experience with additional software such as Revit (BIM) or Rhino is highly advantageous.
• Strong technical knowledge of glass specifications, thermal performance, and waterproofing standards.
• Currently residing in Riyadh; having a transferable Iqama is preferred.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
