Job Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in managing HR operations in compliance with Saudi labor regulations, coupled with a strong understanding of government portals and documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and renew critical government documentation including Iqama (residency permits), Commercial Registration (CR), Municipality licenses, and Chamber of Commerce registrations.
  • Oversee compliance with local labor laws and government inspections, ensuring all procedures and documentation meet regulatory standards.
  • Handle processes related to visa issuance, transfers, renewals, as well as exit and re-entry permissions.
  • Efficiently navigate Saudi government portals such as GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, and Mudad to maintain up-to-date records and facilitate transactions.
  • Maintain effective communication with government agencies and manage official correspondences with precision.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical HR experience within Saudi Arabia, preferably with a strong background in labor law and government relations.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English to ensure clear and effective communication across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and uphold strict confidentiality.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and expertise in handling governmental documentation and compliance issues.
