Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah in Dubai is seeking a motivated Guest Service Agent fluent in Russian and English to join its Front Office team. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes while providing outstanding customer service throughout the guests’ stay.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will warmly welcome guests and efficiently manage their check-in and check-out procedures. Resolving guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly is essential to maintain satisfaction. You’ll oversee reservations, assign rooms, and handle payment transactions accurately. Collaborating closely with other departments will help create a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To thrive in this role, fluency in both spoken and written Russian and English is mandatory. Prior experience in front office operations, guest services, or the hospitality sector is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with strong problem-solving abilities. Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, keen attention to detail, and a genuine passion for exceptional guest service. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is required.
