Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Fulfilment Centre Supervisor with 5 to 6 years of experience in logistics or fleet management. This role involves managing day-to-day operations at the fulfilment centre, ensuring efficient workflows and strict adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and overseeing daily and weekly tasks to meet operational projections. They will lead coordination efforts with business planning teams to optimize inbound releases and stock replenishments, ensuring smooth inventory flow.

• Review and report on Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance to management
• Plan and execute outbound dispatch activities
• Maintain inventory accuracy at both bin and process levels
• Support warehouse improvement projects, including racking adjustments and layout enhancements
• Conduct routine inspections focused on workplace cleanliness, process improvement, and backlog reduction
• Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Requirements

• 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience managing fulfilment centre operations
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Valid Iqama with eligibility to transfer sponsorship
• Age below 40 years
