Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lead Field Compliance Coordinator (Safety Engineer) with extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance within construction environments. This role involves ensuring strict adherence to safety standards on-site and collaborating closely with project teams to maintain a secure working atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing safety compliance across construction sites. Daily tasks include monitoring adherence to safety codes and regulations, conducting thorough site inspections, and leading investigations into incidents. Additionally, the role requires implementing corrective measures based on findings and working hand in hand with contractors and project personnel to enforce safety practices effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in General Engineering
• At least seven years of proven experience in HSE management and site safety
• Demonstrated ability in performing risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
• Strong communication skills with full professional proficiency in English

Preferred Credentials

• NEBOSH Certification or equivalent safety qualification
• Knowledge in project management is a plus
