We are seeking a knowledgeable HR System Administrator with a strong background in HR systems management and fluency in Arabic. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience supporting human resource management systems and government portals within Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining HRMS/ERP platforms, ensuring data accuracy, and overseeing system integrity. You will handle all interactions with Saudi government HR portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, Absher, and GOSI. The role involves generating HR reports and analytics to support effective decision-making, resolving system-related queries from the HR team, and coordinating system updates and improvements to enhance functionality.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years of experience working in HR systems administration in Saudi Arabia
- Proficiency in reading and writing Arabic is mandatory
- Solid expertise with HRMS and ERP software
- Comprehensive understanding of HR processes and data management practices
- Experience managing Saudi government HR portals including Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, Absher, and GOSI
- Ability to manage employee records, maintain compliance, and deliver accurate system reporting
