We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant / HR Coordinator with at least five years of valuable experience in Human Resources to join our team based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for professionals who have a solid background in HR operations and are looking to contribute their expertise in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the overall HR function by assisting in recruitment processes and employee onboarding. Maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR databases will be essential. You will also provide support in payroll and attendance tracking while addressing employee inquiries and handling HR documentation efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resources, focusing on operational support and employee relations
• Sound knowledge of Saudi labor laws to ensure compliance across HR activities
• Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, and general HR administration tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to handle documentation and reporting
• Strong communication and organizational capabilities to manage multiple HR duties smoothly

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Availability to join immediately is highly preferred
