We are actively seeking a dedicated Safety and Compliance Lead to join our expanding team in Saudi Arabia. This key role involves overseeing health, safety, and environmental management to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

The Safety and Compliance Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety policies and procedures. This includes conducting thorough audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations to mitigate potential hazards. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to promote a culture of safety and compliance throughout the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management.
• Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong abilities in carrying out audits, risk assessments, and incident analysis.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or their equivalents are highly preferred.
