Saudi Bugshan Holding Co., representing ATCL Co. (Bridgestone Tyres), is seeking a qualified Saudi female professional to join their human resources team as a Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager. This role is based in Jeddah and requires a candidate with strong experience in manpower planning and recruitment processes within dynamic work environments.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment cycle including manpower planning, budgeting, efficient onboarding processes, and managing probation periods. Ensuring smooth coordination between hiring managers and candidates to meet staffing needs will be a crucial part of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an MBA.
  • At least three years of proven experience in manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and probation management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to efficiently manage recruitment timelines and candidate relations.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a corporate environment is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates holding professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent HR-related credentials will be given priority, reflecting a commitment to continuous professional development within talent acquisition and HR management.
