We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer to join a reputable construction company based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will oversee the execution of residential building projects, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Site Engineer will manage daily on-site activities, ensuring that all structural and finishing work strictly follows approved plans and quality guidelines. Coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants is essential for smooth project execution. Responsibilities also include monitoring progress, preparing detailed site reports, conducting inspections for various construction stages such as concrete, masonry, plastering, and waterproofing, as well as enforcing safety protocols and addressing technical challenges on site. The role further requires managing material requisitions and verifying the quality of materials used in the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in construction, with Gulf experience preferred
• Strong understanding of site execution techniques, QA/QC procedures, and construction methodologies
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with team members and stakeholders
