Experienced Purchaser / Procurement Specialist (Part-Time / Full-Time) Required

Description

Our trading company in Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Purchaser / Procurement Specialist (Part-Time or Full-Time).

The candidate must have strong knowledge of local and international suppliers and be fully familiar with import procedures into Saudi Arabia, including customs clearance and shipping documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers

Prepare and manage purchase orders

Handle import documentation and coordinate shipments

Manage supplier relationships and delivery schedules

Ensure competitive pricing and product quality

Requirements:

Proven experience in purchasing / procurement

Strong knowledge of international supply chain and Saudi import regulations

Experience in trading companies preferred

Good negotiation and communication skills
