We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Safety Projects Coordinator with extensive experience in the fire protection and safety sector to join our expanding team in Khobar. This role demands a professional capable of leading fire protection projects from initial client discussions to successful implementation, while ensuring high standards and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing fire protection and safety projects throughout their lifecycle. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration. You will identify new project opportunities that support the company’s growth strategies and be tasked with preparing detailed technical and commercial proposals. Coordination with engineering and operations teams will be essential to monitor project progress and ensure all work aligns with relevant standards and client expectations.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in the fire protection and safety industry, with deep knowledge of fire alarm, firefighting, and life safety systems. Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills are essential to effectively manage stakeholder relationships. Experience working with consultants, contractors, and industrial clients is required to navigate complex project environments.

A valid Saudi driving license is necessary for this position. Candidates should display a proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on delivering results that contribute to company success.
