Key Responsibilities

The chosen candidate will be responsible for representing the company at client meetings, negotiating deals, and identifying new opportunities for growth. Your role will involve maintaining high-quality standards in business development efforts and achieving targeted sales objectives while effectively managing client expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within the construction industry
• Sound knowledge of construction processes and project fundamentals
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred to ensure clear communication with diverse clients and stakeholders
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong negotiation and market insight skills related to the Saudi construction sector
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Valid Saudi driving license to facilitate client visits and meetings
• Holding a transferable Iqama is mandatory
