Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Designer with solid experience in the wood and furniture manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of shop drawings, factory workflows, and pricing knowledge, preferably within the Saudi market. This role requires immediate availability for a position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

The selected designer will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings including sections and elevations, producing comprehensive working drawings, and assisting in the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Additional duties include writing technical specifications, coordinating with vendors, and supporting the procurement process to ensure timely project execution.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in 2D drafting using AutoCAD
• Experience with 3D modeling tools such as SketchUp and Revit
• Advanced rendering skills using 3ds Max
• Familiarity with presentation and graphic editing software including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Competence in visualization software like Lumion for realistic project representations
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing and cost estimation
• Ability to manage timeline planning effectively

Requirements

A background specifically related to factory settings, especially in wood and furniture manufacturing, is highly preferred. Candidates with knowledge of Saudi market pricing are given priority. The ability to transfer Iqama is provided as part of the employment benefits.
