Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Executive specializing in Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services to join our team across various locations in Saudi Arabia. This role plays a vital part in promoting and selling comprehensive O&M solutions within key sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plants, Substations, and various industrial and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and cultivating strong client relationships to drive sales growth. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting proposals and tenders in close collaboration with technical teams, conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors, and negotiating contract terms to ensure profitability. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate CRM records, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in sales or marketing within the O&M or technical service sectors is essential, with a preference for candidates familiar with Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Instrumentation & Control, Civil, and MEP sectors. Strong knowledge of O&M processes including SLAs and maintenance strategies, coupled with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is expected. Candidates must possess a transferable Iqama and a valid KSA driving license.

Performance Expectations

Key performance indicators for this role include achieving sales revenue and profitability targets, expanding the client base, maintaining high customer retention and satisfaction, improving proposal-to-order conversion rates, and increasing market share within assigned territories.
