Your role will involve managing calls, emails, or chat correspondence professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 2 years of prior customer service experience
• Proficient in English (minimum B1 level) and Arabic fluency is essential
• Availability to work six days per week on rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
• Immediate availability to join
