Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Mechanical and Electrical Foremen to join a reputable construction company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. These roles require hands-on leadership within mechanical and electrical project segments, ensuring quality and timely delivery in both local and regional projects.

Role Responsibilities

The Mechanical and Electrical Foremen will supervise daily work activities, coordinating with team members and subcontractors to maintain high safety and operational standards. Responsibilities include monitoring progress on-site, managing resources efficiently, and troubleshooting technical issues while ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Required Experience and Skills

• At least five years of field experience in mechanical or electrical foreman roles within the construction industry.
• Proven ability to effectively lead teams and coordinate construction activities on large projects.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and construction regulations.
• Willingness to work on various projects inside and outside Riyadh.

Contract and Availability

This position requires an immediate start and will be governed under an Ajeer contract. Candidates must be prepared for flexible assignments across diverse project sites as needed by the company.
