Al Qari Building Contracting LLC is looking for a skilled and SOE approved Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Ajman, UAE. This role involves overseeing civil engineering aspects on site, ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards, and coordinating various construction activities to keep the project on track.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Site Engineer will supervise daily site operations and manage subcontractors to guarantee smooth progress. Key duties include monitoring work quality, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring adherence to the project schedule. The engineer will coordinate multiple trades such as joinery, gypsum installation, ceilings, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), and finishing works. Additionally, the role requires handling inspections, maintaining accurate site records, and preparing daily progress reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Valid SOE approval is required to qualify for this position.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for coordinating diverse teams and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control measures.
• Ability to accurately document site activities and progress reports.
