Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a Sales Manager for the Catering division based in Dammam. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in sales and catering, especially within the hospitality industry. Preference will be given to Arabic nationals who bring local market expertise and a proven track record of success in the Eastern Province.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will drive business growth by managing catering sales activities, building strong client relationships, and developing new business opportunities. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets consistently.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or catering within the Eastern Province, ideally in the hospitality sector.
• Candidates should be under 35 years of age.
• Arabic nationality is preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Valid Iqama.
• Possession of a driving license and own car for effective client visits.
• Freelancers with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.

Contract Details and Benefits

This position offers a two-year contract with a 90-day probation period. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience, ranging from SAR 3000 to SAR 3500. Employees are entitled to vacation every two years along with other benefits in accordance with company policy.
