We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at a busy dining establishment in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of food quality and customer service, manage staff efficiently, and handle financial responsibilities including cashier duties. This role requires a minimum of two years working experience in the Saudi Arabian restaurant industry and strong management skills.

Key Responsibilities

The Restaurant Manager will oversee the overall functioning of the restaurant, ensuring smooth daily operation from opening to closing. You will maintain cleanliness and safety standards, supervise kitchen and service areas, and monitor customer satisfaction to continuously improve the guest experience. Coordination with kitchen staff on menu quality and food preparation timing is vital, as is managing inventory, stock control, and supplier relations.

Additionally, the role involves handling financial tasks such as monitoring daily sales, preparing sales reports, verifying cash collections, overseeing POS transactions, and managing bank deposits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in Saudi Arabia
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field
• Proficiency in Arabic, Urdu, and English languages
• Strong command of Excel for inventory, sales tracking, and reporting
• Exceptional customer service and leadership skills
• Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
• Age requirement: 30 years or younger
