Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer to join a project located in the Northern Provinces near Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role demands a professional with comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and practices, an ability to communicate effectively in English, and a minimum of six years of hands-on experience in HSE management.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to safety standards at the project site. This includes conducting regular safety inspections, identifying potential risks, enforcing HSE policies, and providing guidance and training to staff to promote a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Thorough understanding of safety and environmental regulations and standards.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken, to effectively handle on-site communications.
• At least six years of proven experience as an HSE Officer in industrial or construction settings.
• Ability to implement safety protocols and emergency response plans.
• Excellent observation and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates of Indian nationality, reflecting the client’s requirements for cultural and operational compatibility.
